Module 2

In this module we were tasked with creating an interactive web page header using P5.js, incorporating sounds and movement. In our activities we get to experiment with recorrding live sounds and exploring P5JS sound libraries and chatbots. Activity one consisted of recording sounds in our day to day lives and adding images as well. Activity 2 consisted of experimenting with P5.js. Then finally after experimenting with the activities I was able to come up with ideas for a final interactive header.

Final Project 2 Design

P5 Interactive Audio Web Header Portfolio

This is my final interactive audio web header, I was inspired by my favourite childhood cartoon spongebob, it is something I have always thought of as a very genuine passion project made by a man who was enthusiastic about Marine life and animation. After researching into the dead internet theory I thought it would be a good contrast by creating an underwater header with real fish who interact (representing real human users) and fake bot fish who fail to interact but constantly multiply. This is my way of representing the dead internet theory.

Click here to see it working on my server, some assets may take time to load.
